Account and Service Cancellation​

We’re sorry to hear that you are making changes to your account. To cancel services or your account, you will need to complete the form below.

For all SIPcity calling plans and bundles, these are on a month-by-month pre-paid basis, so no early termination or cancellation fees apply.

  1. Any service or account cancellations will take effect on your bill anniversary date.
  2. No refunds will be given for payments applied to the account.
  3. Any remaining account credits on the date will be lost if you cancel.
  4. Numbers associated with a cancelled account may be reallocated at our sole discretion (refer to Terms of Use section 5.5.).

In order to terminate your service or account in full, you must complete the online account Cancellation Form. Termination will not take effect until the end of your current prepaid month.
