What Is a Bill Anniversary Date?

What your bill anniversary date is and how it determines your monthly billing cycle.

Your bill anniversary date is the date you signed up for SIPcity Cloud PBX. Your monthly bill cycle resets on this date each month.

For example, if you signed up on 20 March, your bill anniversary is the 20th of each subsequent month.

Check your invoices and receipts

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Go to Billing > Billing History.

  3. Click Invoice/Statements or Receipts.

  4. Under Actions, download the PDF or view it in your browser.
