Purpose
Manages voicemail greeting recordings and system messages so callers hear appropriate prompts when a user is unavailable or busy. Custom greetings provide a professional experience and set expectations for callbacks or alternative contact options.
How to Navigate
Log in to the SIPcity portal. Then, go to:

Configuring Voicemail
1. Enable Voicemail

Turn on Voicemail using the main toggle (green = active).
2. Upload Greetings
- Unavailable Message: Upload a custom greeting for when calls can’t be answered.
- Busy Message: Upload a separate greeting for when the line is busy.
- Use Upload/Delete to manage audio and Preview to confirm quality.
3. Audio Guidelines
- Supported formats: .wav, .mp3, .m4a
- Keep recordings clear, concise, and professional.
- Ensure proper volume and minimal background noise.
4. Save & Test
- Click SAVE to apply voicemail settings.
- Call the number to confirm unavailable and busy greetings play correctly.
- Update recordings periodically to keep messages current.
