You can use any VoIP (IP) handset with SIPcity. Standard non-IP phones are not compatible with the service.
SIPcity provides device provisioning for Yealink and Poly (Polycom) handsets, and offers manual configuration guides for other devices.
Please note that Flex and Cloud Connect plans are not eligible to use with VoIP phones and devices. Only the Connect Plus plan supports third-party devices. We highly encourage you to use SIPcity’s apps for mobile and desktop for the best experience throughout all plans.
The Teams Connect plan is compatible with Microsoft Teams and Teams-certified devices only.
