Update Account Details

Update your name, contact details, and other personal account information.

Keep your account details current to manage all aspects of your Cloud PBX.

Update contact information

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Select Profile > Contact Information.

  3. Update your contact details, billing details, email options, and password as needed.

  4. Click Save.

Manage notifications

  1. Select Profile > Notifications.

  2. Choose which notifications you want to receive by email.

Account credit and billing

Payments can be deducted in two ways:

  • Automatic account credit top-up: Recharges your account when credit runs low.
  • Auto-Pay/Auto Debit: Deducts fixed monthly account charges.
