Trace is a diagnostic tool based on HOMER SIP capture that records and debugs SIP and RTCP media messages exchanged between endpoints on our network. It helps identify basic INVITE requests.
Use Trace

Log in to your account.

Select Tools > Trace.

Select Preferences.
Trace Registration
To make and receive calls, phones must register with our network. The Registration test verifies registration attempts from the last four hours, including any failures. It also shows the User Agent, which helps diagnose issues with specific phones.
