The Reception Console displays all lines on your account and shows whether each is logged in and active.
Log in to your account.
Go to Tools > Reception Console.
To view only logged-in numbers, tick Show logged-in numbers only.
The console displays each number’s status:
Green: Number is available.
Red: Number is busy on a call.
