Reception Console

Monitor and manage calls across multiple extensions from a single operator view.

The Reception Console displays all lines on your account and shows whether each is logged in and active.

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Go to Tools > Reception Console.

  3. To view only logged-in numbers, tick Show logged-in numbers only.

The console displays each number’s status:

  • Green: Number is available.

  • Red: Number is busy on a call.
