Fax Profile Settings

Configure your vFax number by setting a caller name and password in the Profile settings.

Set up a caller name

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to Switchboard.
3. Select your fax number.
4. Go to Profile > Number Details.
5. Set your Caller Name.
6. Click Save to update.

Set up a password

We strongly recommend setting a unique, strong password for each line to prevent unauthorised access to your account.

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to Switchboard.
3. Select your fax number.
4. Go to Profile > Number Settings.
5. Toggle Restricted on.
6. Enter a strong password (minimum 8 characters: uppercase, lowercase, and numbers).
7. Click Save to update.
