This page provides access to the latest pre-release test version of the SIPcity Android app. Since this version is not yet available on the Google Play Store, you’ll need to manually install the APK file on your Android device.

Click this download link to get the latest APK file.
Enable installation from unknown sources
- Open your device Settings.
- Navigate to Security (or Privacy, depending on your device).
- Find Install unknown apps or Unknown sources.
- Allow your browser or file manager to install apps from unknown sources.
Install the APK
- Open the Downloads folder or file manager on your device.
- Tap the APK file you downloaded.
- Tap Install and follow the on-screen prompts.
- Once installed, tap Open or find the app in your app drawer to launch it.
Important notes
This is a pre-release version and may contain bugs or unfinished features. If you encounter any issues, report them through our support channel or the Deskpro Knowledge Base.
