The conference bridge lets you set up audio conferences where multiple participants can join a call together. Set up a conference number and optionally restrict access to selected callers.

Set up a conference bridge
- Go to Switchboard.
- Select the number you wish to set up as the conference number.
- Select Inbound > Conferencing > Features.
- To restrict access, select Allow selected callers and add the numbers allowed to dial in.
- Click Save to update.
Call recordings and transcripts
When call recording is enabled, each conference call is automatically recorded. The recording is sent to the email address associated with the number. If no email is set on the number, it goes to the account email address.

To enable call recording:
- Go to Switchboard.
- Select the number.
- Select Advanced > Call Recording.
- Click Save to update.
