Calls and Call Data Records (CDR)

Search, filter, export, and summarise your call detail records (CDR). Learn what each CDR field means and access call recordings and transcriptions.

The Calls (CDR) page displays call detail records for every number on your account. You can access it by selecting Calls (CDR) from the navigation menu on the left-hand side of the screen.

All times shown on this page use UTC-05:00.

 

Page actions

The Export to and Summary buttons are available in the upper-right corner of the page.

  • Export to — Downloads your call records in your preferred format.
  • Summary — Opens a summarized view of your call activity.

Search filters

Use the filter panel below the page title to narrow down the calls you want to review.

The available filters are:

  • Date range — Sets a start and end date for the calls you want to display.
  • Billing period — Selects a billing period instead of a specific date range.
  • From number — Filters calls by the number they originated from.
  • To number — Filters calls by the number they were made to.
  • Call type — Filters calls by their type.
  • Only show recorded calls — Limits the results to calls that have a recording.

You can also use the following shortcuts to apply a preset date range:

  • Today
  • 3 days
  • This billing period

After selecting your filters:

  1. Select Search to apply the filters.
  2. Select Reset to clear all filters and start over.

Call summary

A summary bar above the results displays totals for the calls included in your current selection.

It includes:

  • Calls — The total number of calls.
  • Talk time — The combined duration of all calls.
  • Charged — The total amount charged, along with the number of calls included in your plan.

A note on the right side of the summary confirms the date when these calls will be billed.

Call records

The results table displays the call records that match your selected filters. Each row represents one call.

The table includes the following information:

  • Origin — The number the call originated from.
  • Destination — The number the call was made to.
  • Description — Additional information about the call.
  • Status — The outcome of the call.
  • Date & time — When the call took place.
  • Type — The type of call.
  • Duration — How long the call lasted.
  • Charge — The cost applied to the call.
  • Media — Provides access to a recording associated with the call, when available.

If no calls match your selected filters, the page displays No records found.

Use the pagination controls at the bottom of the table to move between pages of results.
