Call on Hold

Put an active call on hold and resume it when you're ready.

Put a call on hold to temporarily pause a conversation while using the app.

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. During an active call, click the Pause icon to place the call on hold.

  3. To resume the call, click the Play icon.
