Download the Android APK

Sideload the SIPcity app on Android by downloading the APK file directly.

You can download the MySIPcity Android APK directly. As a general rule, only install APKs from trusted sources such as SIPcity. Installing apps outside the Google Play Store can expose your device to security risks.

Download MySIPcity Android APK

Step 1: Download the APK File

  1. Use your Android device’s web browser (e.g. Chrome) to navigate to the website where the APK is hosted

  2. Tap the download link for the APK file. You may receive a warning that the file could harm your device — tap OK or Download to proceed

  3. The APK will be saved in your device’s Downloads folder

Step 2: Enable “Install Unknown Apps” Permission

By default, Android blocks the installation of APK files from sources other than the Google Play Store. Enable this permission for the app you are using to install the APK (usually a browser or file manager).

  1. Open Settings on your Android device

  2. Scroll down and tap Apps or Apps & notifications (depending on your device)

  3. Tap Special app access or Advanced > Install unknown apps

  4. Select the app from which you are installing the APK (e.g. Chrome or File Manager)

  5. Toggle the switch Allow from this source

Step 3: Locate the Downloaded APK File

  1. Open your phone’s File Manager app (you can download a third-party file manager from the Google Play Store if needed)

  2. Navigate to the Downloads folder and locate the APK file

Step 4: Install the APK

  1. Tap on the APK file to begin installation

  2. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the installation

  3. Once installation is complete, tap Open to launch MySIPcity
