You will need to return any equipment, including routers and IP handsets to us. Get in touch with us and we’ll confirm details with you.

Cancellation Timeframe

Your account can be cancelled at the end of the billing anniversary or immediately. ADSL service cancellations depend upon how much notice you have given.

    and E-Sign Consent.
    I also agree that I will return any hardware provided by SIPcity including routers and handsets or I will purchase these outright and SIPcity can invoice me at the current retail price.
