Understanding the History Page

Navigate and filter your call, message, and activity history in the app.

The History page tracks all calls, missed calls, and video conferences on your app.

View All Calls

  1. Log in to the app.

  2. Tap History > All Calls.

All Calls shows a list of received and made calls, missed calls, and video conference records.

  • Green: Completed call. Check the arrow next to the number to see if it was incoming or outgoing, or tap the details icon for more information.
  • Conference record: Shows the meeting link. Both host and guest can see the full link and duration by tapping the details icon.

View Missed Calls

  1. Log in to the app.

  2. Tap History > Missed Calls.

Missed Calls filters the history to show only missed calls.

  • Red: Missed call. Check the arrow next to the number to see if it was an incoming or outgoing call, or tap the details icon for more information.

Note: Missed calls also appear in the All Calls list.

Make a call from History

Tap a number in either list to call, or tap the details icon and then the phone icon.

Note: If you’ve added multiple numbers to your app, the History page shows calls from all of them.
