Log In and Set Up Your Number

Sign in to the SIPcity app for the first time and register your phone number.

To log in to the MySIPcity mobile app, you’ll need your SIPcity phone number and app password. Get these credentials from your SIPcity Web App account.

Set up an app password

  1. Log in to your SIPcity Web App account.

  2. Go to Switchboard and select your number.

  3. Under Profile, go to Number Settings.

  4. Toggle Restricted to ON.

  5. Enter and confirm your password.

  6. Click Save.

Log in to the mobile app

  1. Open MySIPcity on your phone.

  2. Enter your SIPcity phone number.

  3. Enter your app password.

  4. Tap Log in.
