Click to Upgrade from inside your Account
We’d like to make this easy so we’ve have provided a tool for you to do the upgrade yourself.
Plan your upgrade for during business hours
Your phones may be down for between 5-10 mins and our team will be available only during business hours to assist you.
Make a note of your current SIPcity Live password
Your current password will be transferred to your new SIPcity Cloud PBX account, so make sure you have this noted.
Update your account email address
Ensure your SIPcity Live account has the correct email address as this is the emails new account information is sent to.
Update DNS phone proxy setting
The proxy is the physical address your phone looks to for making calls. When connecting devices directly to our Cloud PBX change to the new proxy call.sipcity.com.au. Watch how here >
Update SIP Peering setting
If using static peering, change to the new addressing range 103.55.116.65.
Enter your Credit Card details
We don’t store credit card details so you will need to add your credit card information on your new SIPcity Cloud PBX account once you have received your login credentials.
Don't change your current password
Your current password will be transferred to your new SIPcity Cloud PBX account, so make sure you have this noted.
Phone Settings
Your phone settings, apart from proxy settings, will be migrated to the new system. This includes phone settings such as Voicemail, IVR or Call Attendant recordings.
Tax Invoice/Receipts and Statements
You will be able to access to SIPcity legacy bills for another two months. If you require permanent records of your bills we recommend you to download the PDF versions of these.
Account Balance
We will transfer your SIPcity Live account balance into your new CloudPBX account. You will need to enter your credit card details into your new account.
