Your SIPcity Service Schedule is on it’s way to your email inbox and needs to be e-signed and returned to us before your order can be processed. E-signing is as simple as returning an email.
Service Order Tracking
We’ll manage your Service Schedule through our Support ticketing system and you can keep up to date with progress of your Metro Voice Circuit order.
Go Live and Billing
You will be notified once your service has been installed and is ready to go-live. The service will be added to your account for billing five days from the go-live date.
